Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new features and functionality for WordPress sites.
• Establish and guide the website’s architecture, ensuring high performance and availability.
• Handle all technical aspects of the CMS, including scaling and security.
• Collaborate with content teams and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly experience.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on requirements.
• Conduct website performance tests and troubleshoot content issues.
• Monitor and update the website as needed to ensure its optimal performance and user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to keep our site at the forefront of digital innovation.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
• Experience designing and developing responsive design websites.
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
• Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML).
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages.
• Familiarity with website optimization tools and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
