Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Agile Delivery Manager to lead our project teams towards successful project delivery while embodying the spirit of Agile methodologies. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for agile processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and champion Agile and Scrum practices and ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as a servant leader to multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring high productivity and removing impediments that may obstruct team progress.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and design teams to ensure that project goals, requirements, and timelines are clearly understood and met.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality products by maintaining a continuous focus on process improvement, team dynamics, and project outcomes.
• Track and communicate team velocity, sprint progress, and project achievements to internal stakeholders and upper management.
• Mentor team members on Agile best practices and encourage a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage project risks and dependencies, ensuring they are identified, communicated, and mitigated in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the evolution of the company’s Agile practices, sharing insights and best practices with the wider organization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or Scrum Master in a hands-on, leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, tools, and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle conflicts and to foster an environment of open communication.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe) are a plus.
